Catching Up

Ever feel like time is rushing by at the speed of light? Welcome to my world!

It’s been a little while since I posted anything…I have grand plans (and about 15 drafts in the works), but life seems to get in the way more often than not!  Instead of writing a bunch of little posts, I thought I would give you a rundown in pictures of what our family has been up to lately.

Daddy has been traveling a lot for work, so we have to entertain ourselves with lots of fun, educational activities.

Like painting our bodies with chocolate pudding.

And making “alphabet soup” with refrigerator magnets (and a few rocks for flavor).

Fun with Jello!

Reading books.

When Daddy gets back in town, we go on lots of fun adventures, like riding the Forest Park Mini-Train.

This time we went with some friends of ours who are moving to London for a few years.  How cool is that?

We’ll miss you, “K” family!

Sweet "K" girls.

Sometimes Mimi and Granddad come over and we show them all our books and toys.  Preferably without pants.

Easter was so much fun this year!

Did I lay an egg?

Mommy made my dress!

Ready for Broadway. Of course, holding a football egg.

Not so sure about the Easter bunny!

Easter baskets!

So handsome!

We took another trip to a train station…this time the Grapevine Vintage Railroad.

We got to go shopping and have a little frozen yogurt, too!

Papa came to visit us, too!

Papa got us a big swimming pool! We weren’t sure what to think.

The water was a little cold!

Come on in, sis!

If all else fails, we can build a pillow mountain in the living room.

Or catch baby possums in the back yard shed.  There were seven babies and a mama hanging out in there!

Hope you enjoyed that little slideshow.  Stay tuned for the debut of our “Tot School”  adventures!

Until next time,
